ReplyDeleteMr WIAA spent a fair bit of time yesterday trying to get to the bottom of who was in picture no. 9 - As it turns out I have never heard of Vicki Lawrence, so was on a hiding to nothing! What I did find out though, was that a Sheik's wife is called a Shaykhah, which led me to Chaka Khan which was obviously wrong. Always new stuff to learn.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure it was ever a UK hit, actually. But it's the sort of thing I might have expected to find making an appearance at your place.
DeleteThat should have read Mr WIAA "and I", spent a fair bit of time. He was just there for support!
