ReplyDelete4 - I think 4 is the Allman Brothers

ReplyDeleteYes.
Delete#3 Dressed In Black by The Shangri-Las
ReplyDeleteC beat me to it by a few seconds (!)
ReplyDeleteWe were probably typing it at exactly the same time, Chris. Just I'm a few miles nearer to Rol than you are so mine got there first ;-)
Delete@C: Yes, 11:42 on the dot :)
DeleteSo we're still looking for...
ReplyDelete9 - song
8 - I thought that would go before 6.
6 - I think we might need Brian's help.
4 - more well known than a lot of the song here today.
For No. 7 I see there's a Rubinoos song called Peek A Boo which could tie up with the Siouxsie reference due Banshees song of same name - so could that be the song? (though I can't unravel the clue!)
ReplyDeleteAh - you beat Brian to it. Well done.
DeleteThe first half of the clue is all about the band.
Ahhhhh - Ruby Don't Take Your Love To Town - very good! (I'd never have got it on my own)

DeleteLast attempt - Step Out Of That Dream for No. 9. Bobby Ewing and the whole dream season, before he stepped out of the shower?!

ReplyDeleteAt last! Just no. 8 then... Where's Martin when we need him?
DeleteExtra clues: WWII, honey, The Eagles. Apply those to the ones already there.
