I'm trying to keep away from the news this week, to take a break from the awfulness of it all, to grant my brain a temporary respite from Trump Derangement Syndrome. But that's almost impossible, isn't it?
I'm sure you've heard this by now. Everyone's heard it by now. Even people who don't like Bruce have shared it. I'm posting it here merely for posterity's sake...
And it's not the only one. I'm thankful that while I do my best to bury my head in the sand, there are people out there far braver than me, who keep on speaking out...

ReplyDeleteI've checked, and Bruce's song is now making its way up the Official UK Singles Chart - we'll find out on Friday where it lands.
ReplyDeleteAs for the man in the White House, it sounds as if he's had three cognitive tests since he came into office (or IQ tests as he calls them) so they must be monitoring his decline. I went with my mum for her three tests so I know what they're all about - definitely nothing to do with IQ but rather can you identify a camel or elephant, and remember an address. I think matters will resolve themselves in due course but whoever steps in is unlikely to be much better.
