Saturday Snapshots #96
When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie...
And the world seems to shine like you've had too much wine...
That's Saturday Snapshots.
Yes, it's still here. Though I am running perilously close to the bottom of my reserves. Hopefully I'll have time to snap some new ones soon. In the meantime, you know the drill - identify ten top tunes and their singers from the clues below, please. Ain't that a kick in the head?
10. Interesting snooker player in sou'wester sacrifices his glory days to music.
9. Curtly flat, Johnny Rotten & Poly Styrene compose a ballad.
8. Menace to society complains about computers being left on overnight.
7. Goes well with heels, pants and khaki suits (twice) but is often mistaken for somebody else.
6. ☠ Zero chance of misery.
5. Put together pieces in the stratosphere.
4. Telephoto Thom in a muddle about junior Lebowskis.
3. Louise pleads with her other half not to go to Texas.
2. Successful conmen with cathode.
1. Johnson's friend isn't bothered now.
Memories Are Made Of This... but if you're having trouble remembering any of the artists above, the answers will arise tomorrow morning.
In the meantime, don't forget our Kickstarter is still running. If this one goes well, the artist will want to do more... and I might even start proper joined up writing again. All help gratefully received.
