    I think I have one of the two missing acts - #14 can't get the clue but it looks like Neil Young in the hat at the back so is it CSNY? No idea about #9

    As for the link still not sure but two guesses:

    Silence and the like (peace, quiet, that sort of thing)
    Entrances and exits
